Comments about 12" Raised Bed Stakes, Set of 2:

I used my corners to make a raised bed for some blackberry and blueberry vines. I bought a fence panel and placed it in the bed for them to climb on. I had the boards cut at the hardware store to the size I wanted my bed. It is 3 feet wide, 6 feet long and 12" deep. With the corners you can make it any width and length you want. And you can make it deeper than 12" by adding the extensions is you want, but 12" is plenty deep. I love how easy and inexpensive these corners allowed me to have a raised bed.

I use these corners to create raised bed gardens that can be placed in prime gardening areas- yards, proximity to kitchens, learning centers, etc.

I ue them to teach organic gardening.

Comments about 12" Raised Bed Stakes, Set of 2:

These stakes were easy to hammer into hard clay soil. They stood up well and were the perfect addition to my raised bed corners. The only thing to remember is "they are sharp". The thing that makes them easy to install in hard soil is also easy to cut your fingers on while installing. Just make sure to use good leather gloves while installing. A must have for setting up raised beds.

Comments about 12" Raised Bed Stakes, Set of 2:

I've used these stakes before to make raised beds, and bought them again because I decided to raise my raised beds up higher to 3 ft from 1 ft high. These fit perfectly into the corner brackets offered by Gardener's supply, which aids in stacking the next layer of boards, and holds everything together and plumb.

Comments about 12" Raised Bed Stakes, Set of 2:

I used these to add a 12" addition to a 12" base. To do that one must fill the base up by several inches with something to allow enough purchase for the addition. I used 6" of gravel and the product works well with that adjustment. A welcome addition to the product line would be a 16' or 18" version.

Comments about 12" Raised Bed Stakes, Set of 2:

These are a snug fit and will make a wobble free stack of boards. I was looking for something to anchor my 12" boards, and of course these are too short so don't buy them if that's what you need. I think the price is high for a set of 2 - you need 4 for a bed, and you'll have a lot of money invested in creating stacked board beds if you use these.

Comments about 12" Raised Bed Stakes, Set of 2:

These are great at keeping the corners even when stacking frames to make deeper raised beds. I learned the hard way that there is hardly any wiggle room so your corners need to be square and the lengths if the planks need to be exactly the same. Its worth the effort though as the corners are more aligned than if one used short lengths of rebar or wooden stakes instead.

The screw holes should be on the outside of the stake. This would make it easer to change a board if need be.
