      Comments about Raised Bed Corners:

The screws used to keep the boards in place are bigger than the holes in the metal corners making it very difficult to screw the wood in place. Also having to pay separately for the posts make the product extreemly expensive!

This is such a great product. My gardens look very neat and tidy. It requires less water which saves me a bundle. And I can weed and harvest my garden while sitting on my folding bench so I am not groveling around in the dirt!

i appreciate the useful tips to consider when purchasing the wood to make the boxes or in my case reinforce the corners. My boxes are made with 1 in boards. This year I know to use a 1/2 in insert. Last year, I learned the hard way. All good though!!

              Comments about Raised Bed Corners:

I've built beds at various homes over the years, using different methods and connectors. These strong coated aluminum corners are the easiest and most durable way I've found for building beds with dimensional cedar in various sizes (I used stacked western cedar 2x4s). The slots are precisely sized for the true wood dimensions, as opposed to the nominal sizing. (Those who have worked with framing timber will know what I mean and why this is a strong plus.) Screw holes align perfectly for either one-piece wood or stacked 2x4s. Top marks, Gardeners Supply!

I have two above ground vegetable gardens. I first one is about 5 years old. My second one is about 3 years old. This fall I plan to add a 3 garden. It seems each year I want to try growing a new vegetable. The corner ends take a little effort to attach to the side boards, but in the end you have a strong and reliable project. Great product!

                  Comments about Raised Bed Corners:

We designed a 48' section of raised flower beds and started looking for ways to make the installation easy. I found these connectors (and the Connectors, see separate review) and bought them (the 10"). They couldn't have made the job any easier. My wife loves her new beds and they look great. Literally the only thing I would have wanted different was maybe a few more screw holes. We used stacked 2x6es and each one only got one screw per side. But since I can drill holes that's no reason to drop it from 5 stars. Great product, glad we came across it.

                    Comments about Raised Bed Corners:

I am replacing older, more shallow raised beds that have tended to bow in the middle with higher (10") raised beds. I am also switching from plastic "boards" to cedar. The only problem I encountered was the height difference between 2 6" cedar boards and the 10" tall corners. The 2 boards ended up about one inch shorter, but they still look good.
