Comments about : Push-Button Single-Tap Adapter:

First of all, Gardeners Supply gave refund with no problem They did not make this thing so can't really blame them Put it o,n put on a hose, put on a sprayer Push button once filled ( sprayer holding water back other words not engaged ) could not push button to off or on or anything, water leaking from button seal Had to do the reverse order... take off sprayer, let water run out, then maybe button would push to off but still leaked, finally got it off with button push. ,Is this the way this is supposed to work? Good idea, engineering is not there, maybe it's the pressure I have standard city pressure. Don't buy this maybe it will work, some seem to think so but for others ( I see ) and myself ... it doesn't Is it your lucky day? seems to be the mo on this purchase. Again Gardeners Supply was customer responsive so 5 stars for them no stars ( if it was allowed ) for this push button paperweight I would buy from GS again but not this product

Works well, but control should have shown green for on, and a bit more visibly.

Super product

Comments about : Push-Button Single-Tap Adapter:

The two push buttons are so easy on the hands. The little lever handles on other units are stiff and hard
to move. We had our original for several years and it was just so practical and wonderfully easy to use.

Dangerous - for me, at least

Comments about : Push-Button Single-Tap Adapter:

Hooked this up to my faucet and used it once. Worked fine. The next day I came outside, turned the faucet on, and the plug on the other side of the push button FLEW off the faucet about 50 feet into my yard and I was soaked from the water came gushing out of the hole it had left. That could have taken my eye out, or injured my dog had she been in the yard at the time. My $$ was refunded promptly, but buyer beware.

Sprayed water everywhere

      Comments about : Push-Button Single-Tap Adapter:

The unit sprayed water everywhere when we turned the tap on. Given that some people appear to experience this and others not at all, I suspect the supplier has inadequate quality control making the purchase of one of these adapters a gamble.
We have one easily accessible outdoor tap and one not-so-accessible outdoor tap. Our water pressure is insufficient to run two hoses simultaneously from a single tap so the easy push button control on this adapter was a selling point. Unfortunately it didn't work out. We purchased a full brass adapter from our local hardware store that is working well without drenching the user. My husband threw away the one purchased here at gardeners.com in frustration so I can't even return it for refund.

While on vacation I needed it to be as easy as possible for my friend to water. I wanted to have a free hose and to be able to keep the soaker hose connected. This gadget works perfectly and is totally easy to install and use.
