Durable Pound-In Landscaping Edging Installs in Minutes

  • Create a well-defined edge in minutes
  • Gives a clean, finished look around plantings and garden beds
  • Choice of three heights: 4", 8" and 12"
  • Each set makes a 20' long edge

This is the quickest, easiest system you'll find for defining an edge around your flower beds or garden. Simply pound each interlocking piece into the ground with a rubber mallet; in most soils there's no need for cutting, trenching or tearing up sod. To turn a corner, just bend the sections to form the angle you need.

Recycled Plastic
  • Durable, recycled polyethylene
  • Use 4" for hard-packed soils or flush edging
  • Use 8" for normal soils or deep weed protection
  • Use 12" for loose or sandy soils

    Comments about Pound-In Edging:

Being able to edge a circular and/or an elliptical border with enough depth (12") to keep the grass out of the bed is essential to my landscaping requirements. The 6" width of each section also allows the edging project to follow elevation deviations in the landscape. This edging material gives the flexibility required for professional bedding results.

    Comments about Pound-In Edging:

I used the 8-inch Pound-In Edging to raise the height of an existing raised bed. It is anchored on the outside next to half-sized cinder blocks and soil on the inside.

    Comments about Pound-In Edging:

These are great! I use them for my front yard edging and have gotten numerous compliments from the neighbors. I find the 8" ones are best if you want them to be seen from the street, and also double as a "raised bed".

They will occasionally bend at the top when you pound them in, which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. They will sometimes heave in the winter but that can happen with any edging.

          Comments about Pound-In Edging:

This product installs very quickly. You just need to pierce the dirt with a spade shovel near trees because of roots. Otherwise the piece will bend when trying to install. The front of this product looks awesome. Just wish the the top of each piece was as dark as the front. Very noticable when you look down after installation. The top is a cut raw edge.

I like the look and ease of this edging and the rubber mallet is a must.
We have some areas of hard clay soil and this edging is not tough enough to pound into those areas. Otherwise it's great.

my husband gets real excited whenever I tell him I've ordered more of this edging. It's easy to install and does a pretty good job of keeping weeds out. The plastic does disintegrate after several years in the sun, but it is still a good value.
