Durable Landscape and Lawn Edging Installs in Minutes

  • Create a well-defined edge in minutes
  • Gives a clean, finished look around plantings and garden beds
  • Choice of three heights: 4", 8" and 12"
  • Each set makes a 20' long edge

This is the quickest, easiest system you'll find for defining an edge between your lawn and flower beds or garden. Simply pound each interlocking piece into the ground with a rubber mallet; in most soils there's no need for cutting, trenching or tearing up sod. To turn a corner, just bend the sections to form the angle you need.

Recycled Plastic
  • Durable, recycled polyethylene
  • Use 4" for hard-packed soils or flush edging
  • Use 8" for normal soils or deep weed protection
  • Use 12" for loose or sandy soils

    Comments about Pound-In Edging:

I have sand all around my house and did not want to dig it all out and replace it with better dirt. Also my flower beds were already on the low side, so I purchased the 12" edging to make walls to hold new dirt in. I pounded in far enough to make a level raised bed, and then added potting soil and planted. The walls of the edging stay firm, it holds the dirt in nicely and is exactly what I needed. My flowers are happier. My girlfriend saw what I did and immediately said she was going to buy some.

I am using this product to deflect rain run-off from a neighbor's property that was causing erosion in my yard. Not a listed use of the product but it is working. I bought the 8". It pounds in easily with the rubber mallet after a rain and is staying in place.

So far used along lawn edge in back yard to separate landscape beds and as a retainer for stone chips at the foot of deck stairs. Easy to install, push in with little effort after rainfall. Does bend a little with rubber mallet strikes, but not much. 4-inch height seems to work well with flush set along lawn edge, leaving a 1-2 inch edge in the bed for mulch or stone. Was able to place fabric after installing edging and allow fabric to rest against, placing staple fit a tight fit.

                Comments about Pound-In Edging:

This edging provides a neat, and low-key definition between my sidewalks and raised beds. Especially with the rainy season we've been experiencing this year, despite regular maintenance, the front of my house never looked crisp. I spent a few hours lining my raised beds with this product and voila! a neat, clean line between walkway and mulched beds. This was EXACTLY what I needed. I've had more compliments and inquiries than I would ever have expected!

                  Comments about Pound-In Edging:

We bought this product to install around our front slope from which we had removed all turf and installed native plants and mulch. We wanted to keep the mulch from falling out onto the sidewalk and purchased the 12" high ones.

The edging was a breeze to put in, though I do note we installed immediately after a good rain so the soil was soft. The only issue we had was that the interlocking feature did not work so well on the slope itself given the difference in grade.

We liked it so much that we bought some more for our curbside garden.

Zoysia will spread everywhere, especially where its not wanted such as flower beds. This is the easiest and best solution to stop it in its tracks. The only problem that I encountered was not with the product but with my soil that is mostly gravel beyond the top inch. This made installation a little more challenging but it still worked great.

Our mulch floats away in heavy rain. We needed a taller edging that would deter that. We got the 8" of this edging and it works well. Although we have rocky + clay "soil" (if you can call it that), pounding in these sections was surprisingly not horribly difficult. The assembled edging looks good and stays put.
