I've bought and used two sizes of the edging and both work beautifully. It has saved me from so much weeding, my gardens would never look so good without it.

This edger is so easy to install, can curve or go straight - can design and lay it out easily. I needed a small stretch that was lower for rain run off and it was possible with this product. Really happy with this edger.

If you have Black Eye Susan you know how they spread. Have them planted along grass. This edging keeps them completely off the grass.
My daughter has low shrubs along her driveway. The neighbors do not take care of their lawn (weeds) and these spread into her plants. Bought them for her to put along the property line.

I was looking for a very firm edging to hold gravel in the driveway and keep it off the lawn. Ii wanted one I could pound in rather than have to dig a perfectly level hole to part-way bury it in. After much searching online I found this type and it does everything I wanted it to do with one exception. I was disappointed it is made of plastic, and I thought it would not pound in well. It still works well even though it's plastic and it certainly is cheaper to ship being plastic, so I guess it's not a concern.

                      Comments about : 8" Pound-In Edging:

The pound-in-edging is easy to install as directed (I did need to upgrade to a 16 oz rubber mallet) and effective as a edging. The relatively short lengths made it simple to follow my bed's existing gentle curves. I appreciated the flexibility to leave a visible edging (which is what I wanted) or pound them in closer to ground level.

                        Comments about : 8" Pound-In Edging:

I have ordered this edging multiple times, apparently I love them. I use 8in ones around my shrubs around the house to keep invasive Bermuda grass from growing into those areas & I use them around my magnolia and fruit trees to maintain a nice border due to the wild grass once again. I like the durable plastic material, easy to pound in, and neutral look for edging. Pounding may be more difficult if the soil is dry or contains too much lime stone. In that case I water down the area well before getting started on the project. The only negative about this product is that it comes in 6in pieces so it takes a little while to put together.
