wee clippers for a lady gardener

I am very pleased with them (I bought both kinds) as my "secondary" clippers; I like a bit bigger one for regular jobs (pruning, etc.). I am very glad to have bought them, however, as they are great for cutting cut flowers, dead-heading, etc.I don't think that a man-sized hand would care for them, but great for a "lady-sized" hand.

Small size and weight means no hand fatigue when using these for a long period.
I chose the orange color because they are too easy to get lost in the garden/lawn.
Great for a child's smaller hand.
                    Carries easily in my pocket.

I've deadheaded, pruned yews, cut up small brush.
It's perfectly sized for my hands and extremely comfortable to use. Minimizes strain because of its smaller size.

Great for small indoor plants, such as small gardenias. I use these to trim dead shoots and leaves and to deadhead blossoms in my outdoor planters. The only problem is that the sliding catch, which keeps blades closed when not in use, does not engage easily.

I needed a new small pruner. I am a small gardener, and the former pruner I had was large and more than I needed. This one fits well in my hand and works very well for my small rose bushes. I love it.

These small clippers are so easy to use and make weeding my garden quicker and easier. They fit very comfortably in my hand and are really sharp. The blades even work well to clip thick shoots off of my crabapple tree. Great for light to medium gardening chores. Every time I use these pocket pruners, I think, 'I'm so glad I ordered these!'

I'm particularly fond of the opening and closing mechanism. It's a very simple design but effective and appears to be sturdy enough to last , as does the entire pruner . The fit for my hand is great and I enjoy using it as it is comfortable without requiring a lot of force to work .
