Comments about : Pocket Pruners:

The pruner is a good size and has a nice "hand" , however, it keeps locking it self while using. This is very annoying especially when you have to prune a lot. You claimed that this pruner is your staff's favorite. How do they deal with this hassle? E.

OK product

Pros

  • Size and design of handles & blades

Cons

  • Poorly designed latch

Best Uses

  • Handy pruner

Comments about : Pocket Pruners:

I was given a gift card and used it to buy two pairs of this pruner. While the overall design, quality, and size of handles/blades is very nice, the locking mechanism is cheap, poorly designed, and ineffective. The plastic latch fell off the first pair (lost in garden somewhere) the first week. The second pair still has latch, but it doesn't stay in the open position during use. Constantly adjusting latch is aggravating.

I have small hands and garden tools from local stores never fit right...too large. These tools are perfect for small hands. My garden chores take less time.

I use the pocket pruners to deadhead spent flowers and to shape annuals and perennials that have gotten leggy. They work like a charm!

I work at a community garden. We needed smaller clippers for children to help with the harvesting. Theses are great and their bright orange handles help us to find the ones left behind in the kale patch!
