I bought these 20 years ago and am still using them to mark the names of roses, hosta's etc in my flower beds. Also use them for my veggie garden. After a time of 2 or three years, the marker ink will fade away. I refresh them now and then.

Comments about Large Markers, Set of 25:

I originally bought the markers to put in front of all of the apple trees in our orchard so that the tag does not dissappear from year to year and it won't interfere with the tree growing. Unfortunately, I haven't used them on the trees yet because I have used all of them and even ordered another 200 to label the rows of vegetables on our farm. They are great because you can see the name clearly but they are close enough to the ground that the equipment goes over them. They have improved our labeling tremendously. To make them reusable, I put a piece of masking tape over the label part and then wrote on them with a garden marker. So far they have held up to the weather and at the end of the season, I just remove the tape and start over next season.

My sister's home was being sold and she had over 50 different perennials in her gardens. With her guidance, I made signs for all the perennials for the future owner.
        Visitors have loved them!

Comments about Large Markers, Set of 25:

I am trying to identify all plants in my yard. My small backyard has no grass--only plants. these markers are great. They are large enough to be seen. I can write both common name and scientific name. They are not easily destroyed. My dogs and I cannot easily remove them from their designated location. They are not only functional, but they are also attractive. The only problem I have found is that the label is a little flimsy--I stepped on a marker and bent the label.

Comments about Large Markers, Set of 25:

I use the tags to identify plants in my gardens and to identify daylilies I am raising in pots. The tags tend to tear at the holes if not protected. The spokes rust out within 1-2 years and have to be replaced entirely. This is because they are so rusted the spoke won't fit thru the hole. So far I have not found anything better.
