Additional Information

Hurricane Lantern Has Space for DIY Displays

  • Pillar holder makes a dramatic centerpiece
  • Hurricane lantern is made of hand-cast glass
  • Display seasonal items in base

Turn down the lights and enjoy the ambiance of candlelight. You can make this hand-cast glass pillar candle holder even more decorative by adding seasonal items in the base. Arrange seashells and beach glass on a bed of sand, add a jumble of LED Micro Dot lights, float blossoms in water, display colorful fall leaves and bittersweet vines, tuck in holly branches and glass ornaments — the possibilities are endless. The metal cup rests 4" above the base and can be removed if you would like to transform this beauty into a vase. We recommend a 4" diameter x 6" H pillar candle, not included.

Comments about : Hurricane Pillar Display:

I like the size and glass design(crinkled, not plain). I'm looking forward to changing the bottom area (below the candle holder) for a different seasonal touch (fall with pine cones, moss; christmas with fake white snow and small christmas colored balls, etc). It is very handsome and a nice touch in amongst my plants that brightens up the area. Nice mix of glass, lighted candle and metal candle holder that looks like the candle is "Floating" inside the glass. Very safe with candle down inside the glass.
