I love these feeders. The colors are beautiful & I have 3. My 1st, I gave to Dad 3 yrs ago & after a yr, I decided to get 2 for me. They hold a cup of seed; anymore would be wasteful. Birds fight to get in for their share but just yesterday I found a squirrel dining in it! YES, they are heavy so mine are hanging from the porch and overhang on the house with a sturdy nail low enough for me to get the seed in. Holes in the bottom drains any water that gets in the feeder so no mold

- Nice looking
- Too Heavy
This is a nice looking feeder. But I am very disappointed and regret buying two of them. I wasted my money. It weighs MORE than 3.5 pounds! It is the heaviest bird feeder I have ever picked up. It is way too heavy to hang from any of the tree branches I had selected so I don't know what I'm going to do with it. In order to hang it from any of my trees, it would have to be hung way up in a tree and I would have to use a ladder to fill it every time. I'm not doing that. It is unfortunate the designer did not take the weight into account.

- Bird Feeder Of Course
I received this as a gift and I am very excited to try it out! I have another feeder in my backyard but the birds don't seem all that interested, so I am hoping that this one attracts them. I had no idea how it was supposed to be hung and/or used until I googled "moon feeder" which the packaging slip said. Unlike the prism star that I received, it did not have any packaging slip or additional information. You may want to consider including these for folks who buy gifts to ship directly to recipients! I'm an artist and I just love this beautiful and unique piece!
