Comments about : Chicken Wire Cloche:

These are a nice large size for young squash plants. Used with fabric cover to protect from weather and beetles. They're really nice to look at, too.

This product keeps the squirrels out.

By Mrs. Herb

Verified Buyer

Comments about : Chicken Wire Cloche:

I grow fresh herbs in pots, where squirrels love to dig and bury nuts.
This product, coupled with metal stakes, protects the pots and keeps the area
around them clean. It also keeps peace with my neighbor who, despite my requests, provides
the nuts to the squirrels.

Great and Attractive protection!

By Amber

from Groton, NY

Comments about : Chicken Wire Cloche:

I've wanted these for a while and my sister got them for me for Christmas. It was just in time because the rabbits have been destroying some small shrubs I planted and I ran out and put these over them for protection. They fit perfectly over the little shrubs and they look good in the garden! A win-win!

Multiple unexpected uses

By Jeannie

from Newton, MA

Verified Buyer

Comments about : Chicken Wire Cloche:

I love flowers but have a cat that eats them and destroys flowers and then throws up. I bought the cloche for vulnerable plants in the Spring. But as soon as they arrived I saw an unexpected use. THE CAT. the cat has a bad habit of eating plants. Now I can set the table with a floral centerpiece and put a cloche over it and the cat will stay away.

Trying to save our milkweed from the bunnies

By Gardening to support insects and birds

from Red Wing, MN

Verified Buyer

Comments about : Chicken Wire Cloche:

It is winter in Minnesota so I have not used these yet but it seems like they will work great to keep the rabbits from eating my emerging milkweed shoots. I think the cloches are big enough to allow the plants some good growth before they have to be removed. By that time they won't be so appealing to wildlife :-))

I cover small new plants that the birds like to peck at the leaves and pots of seeds they like to dig up.
These attractive cloches do the job and look great. A great buy.
