Compostable bio-bags

Pros

  • Capacity
  • Contains Fluids
  • Convenient

Cons

  • Feels Thin Tears Easily

Best Uses

  • Ecological Waste Disposal
  • Kitchen Scraps

Comments about BioBags™:

Perfect size for my 1 gallon kitchen counter top compost pail. The longest kitchen scraps have been contained was 5 days - no leak or major tearing of the full bag. Must use care in handling full bag since bag does tear easily with rough handling. Probably best to put thorny vine cuttings on the compost pile by hand rather than in the bio-bag.

Bio-bags are breaking down on the compost pile, after a month none have completely disappeared, but we did have a significant cold snap this past month. Clearly these starch based bags do exactly as designed.

      Comments about BioBags™:

Use with my metal compost bin in my ketchen. Last liners I tried from anther company barely big nough. They were thin, flimsy. They split just trying to get them open to insert in bin. These are thicker & strong enough to insert with no probblem. A great easy way to take kitchen compost to outside bin.

Have been using these bags since getting the counter top composter. I hurl them deep into my woods & don't ever see them when I go for walks! So they do decompose as it says!

            Comments about BioBags™:

We eat a look of fruits and vegetables and was looking for a easier way to get to the compost outside. In just 2 days the bags start to decompose. I've even waited for my coffee grounds to dry out before I put in my pot. But this sum didn't help.

Sure makes kitchen composting tidier.I don't have scraps sitting out in open containers now, so there are fewer fruit flys and gnats in my kitchen.

I line my compost pail with these bags and add the entire bag to the compost heap. Haven't used them long enough to know how well they compost, but I appreciate not having to clean the pail.

I love these bags! No more washing the compost pail after every dump, no more odors. Bags are remarkably strong, hold an inordinate amount of kitchen scraps.
