- Protect large shrubs and small trees from harsh winter weather and browsing deer
- Easy to install without damaging branches

When it’s time to protect marginally hardy or weather-sensitive shrubs and small trees, these zippered covers are the perfect solution. The lightweight polyester fleece fabric is permeable to air and light but protects plants from sunscald, road salt and drying winds. Zippers and drawstrings make installation and removal a snap.

Pros
- Reputable company
- Seemed like a good idea
Cons
- Completely Disintegtrated
- Didn't Survive The Winter
Best Uses
Used these to cover my fig trees - one in the sun, one in a shady, protected area. After 4 months, one was incomplete tatters and the other tore in multiple places as I removed it from the plant. This polypropylene fabric is just not up to the task.

Pros
- Great coverage
Cons
- Rips easily
Best Uses
- Meyer Lemon Tree
We got it up easily but the thorns on the branches immediately tore through the very paper like fabric and zipper didn't hold up. We bought XXL and it has fully protected tree from chronic frosts, but this is for one season only. We have the best lemons this year as a result of the cover. We used clothes pins to hold it together. The opening at the top and bottom provided good air flow access. Just need to change material and zipper quality.

I was shocked to discover an L shaped tear in it within a month. The tear allowed the wind and cold to enter. I immediately contacted your company and I am receiving a full refund. I was disappointed that the rip occured. It seemed like the answer to protecting the plant in winter.
This was a wonderful size however the very first time I zipped it up it broke. It was a cheap plastic zipper. I used big pins and will sew on velcor fasteners in the spring when I put it up. The quality of the cloth used was very nice and tough. I will get many years service but will have to do some work on it before the next use.
I have several small citrus trees and while it doesn't get quite as cold here overall, there are plenty of nights these little guys need protection. Great idea and versitility on these, but zipper broke on one the second time I used it. Need better hardware/construction on these but otherwise love them.

I have used the cover to protect my fig tree from the winter weather. This is the first year that I have a fig tree so I won't be able to tell if it was effective until spring.
The product itself is an ideal tree cover and the zipper and draw strings at both ends make it somewhat easy to use. The material is similar to a "handi-wipe" so it will breathe. It is a 2-person job to put it around a tree or large bush. I purchased it to cover my 5-6 foot fig tree. I zipped it up halfway and stuffed straw inside around the trunk and branches for insulation, then zipped it the rest of the way and tightened the draw string. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it'll do the trick.
Pros
- Easy to use
- Sturdy
- Well Made
- Will Last Many Winters
Cons
Best Uses
- Frost protection
- Hard Freeze Protection
- Wind Protection
Bought two large sizes for winter tree protection.
They have ties at the bottom and at the top which is a nice touch.
The zipper is strong and easy to work.
Each cover went over a metal arch with a tree underneath. I was concerned the covers might be too heavy for the tree but after removing the cover from the bag I don't think supports were needed to protect the trees.
These were a good investment and appear to be something I can use winter after winter for a long time to come.
Pros
- Great Design
Cons
Best Uses
- Winter warmth
Easy to use winter coverage for my youn Fig trees.
