Unit [...] setup was easy following the included instructions. It was an exact replacement and saved me from having to buy an entire new unit (transmitter and receiver station). The price was the lowest I found.

Works great until batteries need to be changed
- batteries in all units must be removed then re-installed.
- Sensor, went from working to nonworking when battery was replaced.

Catch 22; you HAVE to change the battery and changing the battery kills it.

This sensor lasts about a year and has to be replaced. I am getting ready to order my third sensor. It seems when the batteries fail, the unit fails and no new batteries will bring it back.

I live in a condo and like to know what the conditions are like outside. I had the same product as part of a clock/weather instrument that I previously bought.

It was so easy to replace with this unit. I put the batteries in the new sensor - reset the clock and I was ready to go.
