Container plants thrive with consistent moisture, and these watering spikes make that easy. Just push this porous terra cotta stake into a potted plant, add water to the glass globe, and your houseplant will get the water it needs while you’re away.

Comments about Watering Spikes:
I use this watering spike with pots over 14". Unlike spikes that hold less than 25 ounces of water, these can keep my plants watered for days. But it does take a plan to use them, I can't hold it in one hand and fill it with rainwater from my rain barrels with the other hand.

Comments about Watering Spikes:
Big and round holds a lot of water, unfortunately, when wet it takes two hands to hold and get back into the terra cotta spike. I have much smaller spikes with a knob on top: they are easier to handle, but don't hold enough water. I prefer the capacity of these.

These houseplant water globes are very convenient to use. I especially like them for when we go on vacation. I no longer have to water my house plants every couple of days.

Comments about Watering Spikes:
Looks exactly as pictured, but larger than you might think. I put mine in a large potted topiary right outside my front door. An attractive way to keep Florida soil moist during the afternoon. Glass is pretty thick and sturdy.
