Buy together and save! This set includes the VegTrug Patio Garden, the VegTrug Frame & Greenhouse Cover and the VegTrug Insect Cover.
The VegTrug Patio Garden lets you garden at an easy working height; no bending or kneeling to plant, tend and harvest. Elevated bed means no weeds and fewer pests, too. The V-shape makes efficient use of space and planting mix — grow deep-rooted plants like tomatoes in the center, shallow-rooted crops along the edges. Includes a fitted fabric liner to keep soil contained while letting excess water drain. Plastic feet protect wood from wet surfaces. Easy assembly.
The VegTrug Set includes the Vegtrug Frame & Greenhouse Cover. You can start planting earlier in spring and extend the growing season later into fall for an even bigger harvest. The easy-to-install, 21"-high steel frame installs in minutes with convenient push-fit connectors, and the reinforced polyethylene greenhouse cover has heavy-duty stitching and zippers. The cover slips snugly over the frame and attaches with strong VELCRO® brand tabs. Zips open for ventilation and easy access to crops.
The set also includes the polyethylene micro-mesh VegTrug Insect Cover to protect plants from insects, birds, harsh winds and hungry deer. To install, simply remove the greenhouse cover from the frame, and then install the insect cover in its place. Attaches with strong VELCRO® brand tabs. Zips open for ventilation and easy access to crops.

Comments about Vegtrug™ Patio Garden with Covers:
I purchased two Vegtrugs w/covers this season. They are planted with lettuces, spinach, tomatoes and peppers, beets, two types of radishes. Everything is growing and looks great. I had them assembled and placed on flagstone platforms. I plan to experiment with late season lettuce planting using the frost covers. So far, they are fun!

Comments about Vegtrug™ Patio Garden with Covers:
I bought 2 of these gardens to use in addition to my traditional garden. I transplanted broccoli into one and started 3 kinds of lettuce and spinach in the other from seed. The covers keep bugs out yet let me water and easily get access to the plants. I am hoping to use both of the gardens in not only spring and summer but fall and winter as well.
Wonderful product!

THE VEGETRUG IS A LIFESAVER FOOR MY WIFE. AGING HAS CAUSED A BACK THAT CAN'T STAND A LOT OF BENDING FOR PLANTING AND MAINTENANCE. THE VEGTRUG IS THE PERFECT HEIGHT FOR TO KEEP HER FAVORITE SUMMER PASTIME.
Comments about Vegtrug™ Patio Garden with Covers:
I've looked longingly at this for a long while. It was everything I wanted but I didn't/and can't put together; then there was the cost..space..
I live in a Condo and have a deck area in the back. So, when a friend of mine who is a Jackie-of-all-trades kind of gal said she loves to put things together and could do it for me - Yippee for me and a great birthday present to myself! So, yesterday, she came to tackle my To Do list as my first time hiring her as a Fem-Fixer and the Vegtrug was last on the list. I worried we wouldn't be able to finish. She was done in under 45 minutes, with no difficulties whatsoever and everything went together exactly as it should. It is absolutely beautiful - sturdy, and great quality - a real showpiece.
I ordered it with the covers, so she put the frame up for me, too and I cannot wait to get started on my garden!

Comments about Vegtrug™ Patio Garden with Covers:
I used the greenhouse cover for only a week, and noticed that a couple of the seams were tearing and that it had one small hole in a corner. I called Customer Service and they replaced my greenhouse cover in less than a week! They were wonderful to work with and I was quite satsified with the replacement cover. This vegetable trug is fun and I am enjoying my gardening time!

Comments about Vegtrug™ Patio Garden with Covers:
I bought two of these to put all of my herbs and berries in and they are wonderful! The covers help to keep the birds from eating my berries and the fact that they are off the grown also helps with bugs and other animals that might otherwise eat the plants. The covers allow for sunlight to get through and you can also water with the cover on. I've had it up and planted for about 3 weeks and everything is growing and sprouting and doing wonderfully. Putting them together is not too difficult. It did take me about 3 hours to do the first one and about an hour on the second one (I learned a few things from the first one). I think I could do another in 45 minutes. The key is making SURE everything is square as you progress through each step. If you don't, when you get to the final stage, you'll end up having to take part of it apart to make everything fit correctly. My best advice, WATCH THE VIDEO of how to put it together!!
