Comments about Urn Fountain:
Dug the hole for the water container and set up the urn. The flow was slow but ok. Within a short period of time the flow was almost to nothing. We reset it 3 times and it happened every time. We were disappointed and sent it back. Gardeners as usual was cooperative and happy to assist.

Comments about Urn Fountain:
This is a great price for a large fountain. My husband assembled it easily. It does need more rocks to completely cover the pan that it sits in, and we will buy another bag. But it is great otherwise. I don't understand people who say it's not the color presented - ours is exactly the color of the photo. We got it on sale and it's a bargain - very large and nice.

Comments about Urn Fountain:
The pump that was included with the fountain was not strong enough to pump the water to the top of the vase. It just barely brought the water to the top of the vase. I had to replace the pump with one that actually caused the water to rise slightly above the top of the vase.

Comments about Urn Fountain:
This fountain is great for spring, summer and early fall. But for those of us living in cold, winter areas we have to drain it and store it for the winter. Over all it is a great addition to my patio/

Comments about Urn Fountain:
I like this fountain. I think it is good quality for the price. The urn is stoneware and the reservoir underneath is plastic with a sturdy lid. The pump can be adjusted for lower or higher flow by rotating the intake screen. (I have mine set on the highest flow.)
It was simple to install: dig a hole for the reservoir, set the pump inside, lid on top, and attach tubing from urn onto pump. This was the only tricky step because the tubing is not very long. I had to hold the urn at an angle close to the lid and attach the tubing to the pump, and then lower the pump/lid/urn down all at the same time. But it was do-able and didn't take long. Filled the reservoir bucket with water, plugged in the pump and voila, disappearing fountain. I did have problems with the pump clogging up right away with leaves. They snuck through the rocks and down through the large holes in the lid. I happened to have some black plastic "pet proof" window screen on hand, so I cut a circle of it to fit over the lid and I haven't had any more trouble. It was perfect for the job. I am subtracting one star because the filter screen was not included, and I think it is necessary.
The sound of the water is pleasant, not too loud.
My only disappointment was the color. I was hoping for "red" red. At the time I bought it I thought the photo looked red or red orange. However the description does say "burnished red", and the insert that came with the urn says that it is hand glazed so that colors my differ/be unique. My urn looks more brown than red, but it is still attractive.
