Previously purchased this mat in a smaller size (14" x 18") for several family members and we all LOVE IT! We purchased this cape style for a another family member and unfortunately it is too big to fit in their microwave - so they can't warm it up! The smaller size would have been perfect, unfortunately it is not offered anymore. Sorry to say the gift was a waste of our money because they can't heat it up.

I bought this for my daughter because she does photography and spends a lot of time doing photo edits on her pc. Her shoulders get tense because of this. She says she likes it but wishes it would stay warmer longer. If I recommended it, I would also make sure they knew it wouldn't stay warm long.

When heating this "unscented" product, the worst chemical smell came from the filling. I would never use this. I do have an older Gardener's Supply product that is filled with flax seeds and has a sturdier canvas covering. The quality of the new one is so inferior that I am surprised that you stock it in what has always been your fine catalog. Big disappointlment.

This product is soft and cuddly, but could use more filling, and more pockets to hold the filling so that it doesn't shift around as much.
Bought this for my Mom, she loves it for her arthritis and low back pain, but loves to cuddle with it on cold days and nights.
