Have bought one for each of my Daughters and they Love them! one uses it for shoulders for Rotator cuff pain and the other for just all kinds shoulder and back pain when feeling under weather! This product works well for neck and shoulder tension. I've used it on my stiff knees too. The softness of the cover in nice. Once I have it on your shoulders, it seems to stay in place.
The wrap I received didn't smell much like eucalyptus, which was somewhat of a disappointment, but I find the benefits out weigh the lack of a eucalyptus fragrance.

A great product overall, eases tension, feels very comfortable, just as its use is described. It would be a perfect 5 if the cover itself were more well made with stronger seams and a slightly thicker fabric. With careful use and taking the cover off whenever microwaving, it would appear that this product will be a great companion for muscle soreness and general relaxation for a long time.

It IS the ultimate wrap! Our microwave is only about 8 in. high (inside) so I'm using a clean plate cover that's designed to be placed over a plate of food to be heated in the microwave. I set the wrap evenly as possible into the plate cover (using the cover like a bowl) and place it on the turntable in the microwave. I find it doesn't heat fully in 2 min. as the directions suggest, but it's fine given 3 - 4 min. on HIGH. I'm guessing it's taking longer than the written directions given that my oven is small. There is a zipper for ease in removing the wrap's cover, but it isn't a problem when heating nor when wearing the wrap. I've had some problems with my neck, so the collar on the wrap is what appealed to me first. When fully heated, the neck, shoulders (all the way to the sockets), and partway down my back are provided with soothing warmth. The wrap retains heat for quite some time. I've never timed it, but it's usually given 15 - 20 min. of warm relief before I have to reheat it. The outer cover is so touchably soft! This item was well designed. If you or a friend needs a "comfort package", this should be one of the first items in it. My only negative comment is that, "I wish I'd purchased it sooner!"

The zipper on the outer compartment broke after one use. When I called the company I was told they did not have any to replace it since they only sold this product around the holidays. They did refund my money but it is disappointing that they do not carry the product year round and that the quality was not more superior

This is a great product that has a wonderful yet subtle smell. The heat lasts a long time and the weight is solid. If you have sensitive muscles and cannot take the weight it might be a little heavy, but my husband and I love this. I do massage and it is great for clients upper back and neck. The only thing is it needs to be heated about 3 times to get every part of it warm. Only heat 60-90 seconds at a time so it does not burn.
