I've looked at ornament trees for years, but found them to be too victorian for my taste. This tree is perfect for me since it seems more natural and funky. Once decorated, it stood in for our christmas tree just fine. It would only be better if the branches had more direction to them--rather than just straight out. However, it would not be enough of a design flaw to keep me from purchasing this item again.

This is beautiful, will hold a lot of ornaments, and feels very sturdy--even the thinner ends feel very strong. It also goes together very easily. I got it as a Christmas gift and look forward to filling it with ornaments next year!

This is a great alternative to dragging a cut down tree into our house....I put my favorite ornaments on it and call it good! AND it helps a good cause. Comes in two pieces that screw together.

I have a similar but larger version of this from Smith and Hawken that cost a lot more. The quality is comparable for much less. I bought this as a gift and am happy with it.

I had trouble screwing the two pieces together, as they wouldn't connect for me, and I was ready to send it back. My husband, however, screwed it on perfectly. It is a great piece and I plan to use it for decorations and during the 'off season,' will use it for my jewelry! Hopefully the cats will leave it alone!
