Needs to have something besided the black cords- they are too hard to ceep track of and I don't like taking the time to thread and tie it down. "Too much time with my head below my knees." There should be something quicker and easier to use. Also needs a pouch or something to keep it in while you are using the scooter. Right now I'm using one ot the ties and tying it to a tree so it won't blow away.

I gave the tractor scoot and cover to my wife for Christmas. We live in the northeast so it is in the basement for now but I wanted to take this opportunity to praise your staff. When I opened the box to assemble the scoot, the plastic tray was broken. This was the day before Christmas and your staff on the phone (I think Tina) assured me that I did not have to return the whole scoot and you would ship me a replacement tray. I then proceeded to assemble the scoot and regretably found a defective part. It was now 4:30 Christmas Eve but I called again and when I started to explain that I had a tractor scoot, the woman on the phone laughed and told me she had spoken with me earlier. After she checked with the warehouse she said she would ship this part with the tray. Both pieces arrived the following Wednesday.
I hope I have remembered Tina's name correctly because I want to thank her again. If the name is wrong, please check who was working on the 24th and spoke with me twice about a tractor scoot. Thank her again and wish her a Happy New Year!
