Exclusive | Extra-Tall Tomato Towers Support Your Tallest Tomatoes

  • Super-sturdy cages keep your tallest tomato plants upright for a bigger, cleaner harvest
  • Big, 8" square openings make harvesting easy
  • Hinged panels fold flat for compact storage
  • Choice of Red, Green or Steel Gray
  • Set of 2

You asked us for taller tomato cages and here they are! Our heavy-duty, steel Tomato Towers are much taller and stronger than old-fashioned cone-shaped supports, ready to support your biggest indeterminate tomato plants. The towers support plants on all sides (no tying needed) and keep plants up off the ground for better air circulation, cleaner fruit and fewer diseases. Large openings make harvesting easy, and the towers fold flat for off-season storage. 53" high installed. In windy locations, we recommend anchoring these towers with our Extra-Tall Earth Staples, sold separately.

  • Steel Gray is galvanized steel; Red and Green are powder-coated steel

  • 53" H installed
  • 8" square openings
  • Sturdy 10 gauge wire
  • Easy, no-tools assembly

Comments about Tomato Towers, Set of 2:

We used to use the round garden supports with the wayward spikes on the bottom. During storms they would topple over. I bought these and love them! You may need to be a bit patient and coordinated to put the pieces together but once they are, the unit is very sturdy. They held up to some pretty big storms here without a problem. Plus I love the way they look!

This is my first purchase of the tall tomato cages. I bought the red coated cages. They look great. I hope that the cages will be able to hold up the stems and the ripe tomatoes when the time comes. I'm hoping for the best.

Comments about Tomato Towers, Set of 2:

These towers are perfect for tall indeterminate tomatos. They don't fall over as the plants grow and produce since they have a solid base in the ground. No more having to tie up tomato vines as they remain inside the cage safe and supported. Fold up flat for winter storage. Brilliant design and they're pretty too.

Comments about Tomato Towers, Set of 2:

I had ordered a previous version of the tomato tower cage and liked them a lot. They are sturdy and the tomato plants will not fall over no matter how tall they get. Unfortunately several of these cages were stolen out of my vegetable garden (two years in a row!). So I ordered the improved version of the cages that have a plastic coating. They were a lot easier to slide together the top and bottom pieces and hopefully they wont rust as readily as the past version of this product did. I've resorted to wiring the top and bottom together so they can't be easily stolen. The only negative is that the product is pricey but they are well designed and I will order them again in the future to replace some of the previous version that have rusted.

I was disappointed that the cages werent heavier gauge wire. I would like to see the wire size shown in the catalog. These are about the same gauge as the round ones I recycled.
We will see how they hold up after a season or two.
