Our exclusive Tomato Success Kits have helped thousands of gardeners grow big crops of healthier, tastier tomatoes. Eliminating the "drought and drown" cycle and sending a steady flow of nutrients and water will help your tomatoes outperform garden-grown plants by 30% or more.
The heart of the system is our patented self-watering planter with a 4-gallon reservoir, and we include a two-part stacking tomato cage, 40 quarts of our exclusive soil mix and 1 pound of Organic Tomato Fertilizer.

Comments about Tomato Success Kits:
I've used these containers before and love them. I waited years for the bottom-watering feature to be offered again, so thank you Gardener's Supply. Last spring I bought four kits. Despite a cooler/wetter than usual summer, I still got a nice crop of tomatoes and eggplants. Couldn't have done it without the success kits. Also very impressed with how sturdy and attractive the tomato cages are, plus the fact that they stayed upright the entire season without any help from me.That's a first.

Comments about Tomato Success Kits:
I have bought five of these tomato planters,
two for us and three for gifts. My daughters
love them as much as we do. One asked for
a second one which she received for Christmas
this year.
Your service is wonderful. Arlene Turner

Comments about Tomato Success Kits:
We loved this planter so much the last 2 summers, we bought each of our married children one for Christmas. We now have 4 of our own, and are getting our children hooked on them. Our Seattle summers are not always as hot as we would like, but this planter, with the red mulch really holds the heat and gave us amazing produce. The self-watering system makes it a 'no-brainer'. We love it.

Comments about Tomato Success Kits:
Maybe you could include some information about the proper fertilizer and watering. We had a major problem with blossom end rot. I used the fertilizer that came with the kit, but decided to add another fertilizer that was to high in nitrogen. We live in Tucson and found that the plant was able to consume the entire water supply daily. Ashes from our grill and egg shells seemed to solve our problem.

Comments about Tomato Success Kits:
These are fantastic! We have tried to grow tomatoes on our porch several times and always had problems with maintaining a constant water supply - no matter how many times we watered the pots would always dry out on hot days. Since we got the tomato success kits we have had no problems with keeping the tomatoes well-watered. The cages are a little short if you have indeterminate tomato plants (i.e. ones that will grow very tall), but the cage extension solves that problem. For those of you wondering how these differ from the other self-watering planters, the main difference is that these are much easier to fill - the opening on the side is easy to stick a hose in, whereas the others have a much more narrow circumference.
