Comments about Tomato Rot-Stop, 32 Oz.:
We had trouble with blossom end rot on our tomatoes. It was suggested we use this product. However, it took the entire bottle to cover five plants. That made a second application cost prohibitive. The solution is better pre-planting preparation of our garden next year.

I tried this in 2010 after a horrible tomato year in 2009, I had blossom end rot on almost all of my tomatoes. I used this in 2010 and my tomatoes were great so I made sure I got more for this year's crop.

I am using this for the 2nd year, and it works great. My plants are HUGE and are covered with tomatoes before July 4th, and so far - no blossom end rot! I am using it in conjunction with Gardener's Supply organic tomato fertilizer and also using blossom set spray.

A water-soaked spot at the blossom end of tomato fruits is the classic symptom of blossom-end rot. This relatively common garden problem is not a disease, but rather a physiological disorder caused by a calcium imbalance within the plant. It can occur in pepper, squash, cucumber, and melon fruits as well as tomatoes.
