The extensions are terrific. The only problem was I didn't realize that the extensions have to be placed by the tomato plants FIRST, then you attach the ladder. I didn't decide I needed the extension till a few weeks after placing the ladder so I had to remove the ladder from the plant, put the extension by the plant then add the ladder. So order the extension at the same time that you order the ladder and you'll have no problems!

We own several of the standard Tomato Ladders, and found that our tomato plants grew taller than the ladders last summer. These new tomato ladder extensions are perfect for my garden. I used to have problems with my tomato plants out growing the cages. This product really supports your plant even when they get very tall. Just dont forget to pinch the suckers. This prduct is also a great space saver

I liked the towers, but they were not tall enough. These extensions are great. They are easy to use and are very sturdy. I am hoping they are tall enough though, because tomatoes seem to grow very tall in my yard!
