A great deal, you get a lot of product for your $$. It's even a bit too much for me, as I'm just growing some small cherry tomatoes in pots on my apartment balcony. The water cones are convenient, and I've used the fertilizer on my tomatoes and peppers with plenty still left. I just planted a seedling w/the red mulch plastic so we'll see how that goes :)

This kit is a great value. It is less expensive than buying the fertilizer and mulch individually, so it's like getting the spikes and watering things for free!

I used the red plastic last year after the previous years tomato crop was lacking. I Had a greatly increased crop and can't wait to use it again

The instructions were clear, the product was easy to use. The only question I have for the kit, why are there not enough stakes to match the number needed for the amount of red material to put around the tomatoes?!!

People in the neighborhood are stopping by and asking "What's the red plastic for in your garden"? I have explained the principle of the red mulch, and pointed out how easy it was to install and then stake my tomato cages over the top. I used the fertilizer on not only my tomatos, but also my peppers, cucumbers, broccoli and brussel sprouts. All my plants look healthy and growing nicely thus far. Given the amount of rain and total lack of sun we have had here lately, it's amazing that they are even still alive and not drowned. We're still a ways off from having fresh tomatos, but my mouth is watering in anticipation. THANKS

It is difficult to write a "review" as I just planted the tomatoes using this product...so I won't really know how well it worked until a few months go by and the tomatoes grow. I'll let you know. But it was easy to use, directions were good...so we shall see.

I can't really write a complete review yet because it's way too early here in mid-Maine to even think about tomatoes. However, I have used one of your earlier tomato kits and had tremendous luck with that version so feel confident that this new kit will be equally as good. Wait till July for a more complete review.
