Comments about Terrazza Trough Planters:
Two things are very important to keep in mind when ordering the planter AND the extension kit. We wanted to have a total length of three along our driveway wall, but nowhere does it recommend a single box + TWO extension kits. We were left with one single box paired with one double length box. It's still not bad looking, but we would have preferred a continuous unit because it gives more planting space. The plants certainly look great and are growing better than they ever did in plain pots in that location.
The instructions have you assembling some parts early in the process that could/should be put on later because you run the risk of damage when assembling the side panels. Read directions carefully and use your own judgment especially when assembling the feet. If any panels are even slightly bent, as one of mine was, it will definitely take two people to snap together.

Comments about Terrazza Trough Planters:
I purchased 2 black large troughs to set in front of our beautiful black metal fence to show off the arched double gates and the people garden gate they do break the gates nicely! Attractive design, hope to have years of use especially since it was a two person assembly job that we wrestled/yoga positions to snap the pieces together. These are both draining onto our driveway and not attractive stains at all! White shows the dirt and leaks on our front porch too!

Comments about Terrazza Trough Planters:
I purchased one trough planter promising myself that, if the experience went well, I'd purchase several more. First one went together quickly and easily. The second was a nightmare and quite a struggle. The third was a bit of the same hassle as the second but worth the effort. What I found to be most frustrating was that the 'clips' that are attached to the end posts and slide into adjoining end posts kept breaking off -- on the second and third planters, not the first. I highly recommend purchasing the caster sets for these planters, which become very heavy when filled.

This looks beautiful on a deck with white rails and glass. Low profile allows for great views. A little tricky to put together but the instructions are well written. Does take two to put together sides. Looking forward to self watering feature!

Comments about Terrazza Trough Planters:
Needed to get rid of the collection of various pots (in many different states of disrepair) covering my deck. I live in the city so my deck is my outdoor oasis. Bought several of these planters to provide a uniform look. I love the look of the planters - and the capacity. I bought the casters for easy movement - i actually think that the casters should be standard and you shouldn't have to buy them separately.
Putting them together is not difficult. Sure, it looks like there are a lot of parts but many of them are the different finials you can put on the corners. Installation requires a screwdriver and a rubber mallet - if you only have a hammer, you can use that gently and covered in a cloth. it took about 15 minutes to put each one together at the most. The instructions that come with the planter are accurate but small and difficult to see the pictures.
So far I am very happy with my purchase.
