Exclusive | Design Your Own Lush Terrace Garden

  • Generous Capacity: You'll get extra soil capacity and deep reservoirs not found in American counterparts. This Square Planter holds 50 quarts of soil and 1-3/4 gallons of water
  • Unmatched Quality: Rigid construction fends off scuffs and scratches, and they won't fade or bow in the strongest sun or under the heaviest load
  • Self-Watering: Water only once or twice a week, thanks to a dual-action system that uses cotton wick and evaporation
  • Timeless Design: Crisp lines and realistic wood grain, plus a choice of two classic finials, makes for a sharp, uniform appearance around your property

Our exclusive Italian Terrazza planters offer classic styling with self-watering convenience. In Italy, where style is everything, these innovative planters beautify residential terraces, side-street cafes, hotel lobbies and hotel courtyards. The compact yet hardworking Square Terrazza Planter is a customer favorite.

    Comments about Terrazza Square Planters:

I have purchased a lot of these planters both square and rectangle. Used for both herb/flowers and lemon/mandarin trees. Used outdoors in the summer indoors in the winter.
While they seem to tick all the boxes they do have issues. The wheels work ok but as others mentioned not much clearance so did not do well on our rough slate patio ok on the wood deck. The water indicator sticks and does not work well to fix you have to completely empty the container (including the plant). The plastic does not hold up well. The plastic was deteriorating in 3 years eventually they were so brittle they broke. The plastic does not stand up to outdoor use tops and sides also started to deteriorate in 3 years the plastic became pitted looking and not cleanable it looked quite ugly; but what to do they are expensive. Last fall when we moved them indoors the plastic cracked and broke. Basically these are best for just 3 years. In total usable life was under 6 years. The last two of which they really did not look nice at all. If used exclusively indoors I believe they would have a much better lifespan. I would recommend if someone was willing to buy new ones every 3 years.

    Comments about Terrazza Square Planters:

I tried one of these a year ago and it held up very well through the desert heat so I bought two more. My small evergreen trees were drying out and dying in their wood tubs, but with the self watering and non-porous materials of these planters, they are now coming back to life.
If you make a mistake putting them together it's quite difficult to take apart to redo. (Not impossible - takes creativity) Get the wheels!

        Comments about Terrazza Square Planters:

I bought two of these for my deck. They are attractive and not too difficult to assemble. However, the casters do not extend below the bottom of the planter and therefore are a waste of money. The planter is not too heavy to just drag, so if I have to move it, that's what I do.

          Comments about Terrazza Square Planters:

Follow the directions. You don't want to try and take it apart. Tool supplied is worthless for this. Directions, for assembly are not complete. There needs to be a simple directions and clear consise pictures showing how the corners slide on to the sides. The instructions make it harder than it is. You need to study the attachment method before you begin. You will need 2 caster kits for the trough. This is not explained in the catalogue and there are no instructions for mounting the casters. I had a defective part and this was handled promply. Shipping to my location (upstate NY) was outstanding.
