Exclusive | A Terrazza Raised Bed for Your Patio — Self-Watering Too!
- Combines the benefits of raised bed gardening with self-watering convenience
- Generous size provides 9 square feet of growing area at a depth of 12"
- Grow a productive garden on your patio or deck
Now you can enjoy all the advantages of raised bed gardening, plus the added benefit of watering weekly instead of daily. This stylish planter boasts two 4-gallon reservoirs that keep plants lush and green even in a drought. Its crisp lines and realistic wood grain look elegant on the patio, but it's tough enough to use in the garden, because it's made of crack-proof, fade-proof polypropylene. Nine square feet of growing area; a generous 12" deep so it's deep enough for root crops like carrots. Dual-action watering system keeps plant roots just moist enough without waterlogging them, and a water gauge tells you when to refill. Includes easy-fill funnel with cover and two styles of finials.

Comments about Self-Watering Terrazza Raised Beds:
I would suggest that this item be shipped with the small pieces bagged together. It arrived with pieces broken off the larger plastic molded piece that holds them all together. We thought there were pieces missing but finally found pieces lodged in the folds of the box. This was purchased as a gift for our mother, a life-long gardner who has had to give up her large garden. This is perfect for her to still have a small patio garden.

Comments about Self-Watering Terrazza Raised Beds:
Easy to assemble. A little difficult to move even with 12 casters. So far the square foot garden is doing great in this self watering planter that I have on my deck. Only improvement request is to have a sturdy method/option to install a 4' trellis on one side of the planter for vertical growing.

Comments about Self-Watering Terrazza Raised Beds:
I was so apprehensive about assembling this after reading the reviews that I put it together in the comfort of my air conditioned living room instead of outside. They must have changed the instructions, but I had no reason to fear. It was simple enough and was together in a half hour. I'm not sure of the self-watering feature yet as I have not let the top soil dry out since I've planted a young tree in it and I don't want to take any chances. I did fill up the trays and water did not leak out. But I do plan to buy another for flowers so I'll be more adventurous there. THIS HOLDS A HECK OF A LOT OF SOIL - I used about 5 of the smaller (1.5 cu), cheaper bags and 2 of the giant bags more expensive bags that had fertilizer in it. I also purchased eight casters instead of four and even with the weight of the soil it glides across the concrete with no problem. Very happy with this purchase.
