I first ordered the tension relief wrap for my muscle tightness in my neck and shoulder area which tends to lead to headaches. I found that the wrap helped get rid of the tightness before my headaches would develop. I liked it so much that I got two for my daughter-in-law. One is for home use, and one for her suitcase to have with her as she travels on business. She loves them too since they help prevent migraine headaches from stress and muscle tightness.

Lovely to cuddle up with the soothing warmth. Wraps around you SO well if you have neck or shoulder pain. Instructions say remove the cover before you microwave, but I forgot once and it worked well so I've been leaving it on with no problems.

I couldn't find anything my husband liked for his sore neck that he was in physical therapy for. When this came in the mail he was skeptical.

But after his first time with moist heat, he was a firm believer! Hold the heat for quite a long time and stays in place comfortably.

My only con is that it would be so much easier to heat if you didn't have to take it out of the casing.
