Comments about Tension Relief Wrap:
Use the tension relief wrap several times a day for neck and back pain. Good weight, fits good.
Would like to be able to heat it longer so that it gets a little hotter.

Comments about Tension Relief Wrap:
I couldn't find anything my husband liked for his sore neck that he was in physical therapy for. When this came in the mail he was skeptical.
But after his first time with moist heat, he was a firm believer! Hold the heat for quite a long time and stays in place comfortably.
My only con is that it would be so much easier to heat if you didn't have to take it out of the casing.

Comments about Tension Relief Wrap:
Works great on those trouble spots between my neck and shoulders. The warmth and weight are perfect for relaxing those muscles. Just bought another one for my parents.

Great product, used by my 94 year old mom when she needed to use moist heat to treat a cellulitus of her arm and hand.

Comments about Tension Relief Wrap:
Difficult to heat when you have to remove the cover first. It would be a lot nicer if you could heat it in the cover.

Comments about Tension Relief Wrap:
I have used it on neck, shoulder and upper back. I found it effective but just too heavy - weighs on me. Maybe a different stuffing?
I also purchased one for my sister and she uses it on her knees a lot a really likes it.

Love it, but wish they had used velcro instead of a zipper on the cover.
