It is very nicely made and very comfortable to sit on. The only problem we have is that the bench seat overhangs the legs by a few inches. We use it as a shower bench, and when you put your foot on the edge of the bench it tips. I predict that we'll eventually get into the habit of stepping on it more towards its center. It's also a little pricey.

The bench is sturdy and the form is good but the wood they used to make it is not a uniform color. Some of the bench is a nice golden brown teak color that you woould expect. However some of the bench looks as if they used some scrap wood to finish the construction. I would buy the bench again but not on line where I could not inspect it before purchase.

WE NEEDED A TABLE OR BENCH IN OUR NEW SHOWER. THE BASE IS CORIAN. WE DIDN'T WANT A BUILT IN BENCH AND WE NEEDED SOMETHING TO SIT ON AND/OR HOLD SHAMPOO ETC. WE LOOKED AT CHEAPER, AND [$] IS A LITTLE STEEP FOR A SHOWER BENCH BUT IT IS WELL WORTH IT. SHOULD LAST US FOREVER. LOOKS BEAUTIFUL TOO.

Beautiful wood, attractive design, excellent quality woodworking. We bought one for our bathroom, and plan to put the next one in our outdoor shower enclosure for the summer. It is a bonus that it is constructed of reforest teak! Definitely a bargain.
