We had previously purchased teak doormats (about 25 years ago, and they're still going strong) and had had a wonderful experience, so with redoing our patio with ceramic tile and having 2 doors onto the patio, we wanted the teak doormats again. They do not mold, mildew, deteriorate, or become unattractive as they age, and they do not need replacing every 5 years. We love them.

I may have had to wait a long time to get this teak doormat but it was worth the wait. I didn't realize the size when I ordered it and absolutely love it. It is at the entrance to my front door and many have commented on it when they enter my home.
