FOR THE PRICE THESE WERE A GOOD BUY. THEY ARE VERY SHORT BUT I WILL STICK THEM IN A PVC PIPE AND THEY WILL WORK GREAT

I love the concept, but the holder often begins to twist in the wrong direction when the hose is turned on full. It needs an L-shaped prong at the base, like the ones on stakes for hanging baskets, so that it can't move when you turn the hose on. Sometimes it works very well, but other times it just will not keep the hose aimed where you want it. I would recommend it with reservations.

I was surprised at how well these work. I purchased them because I was curious, but I will buy more. I no longer stand and water in a new plant..just use these and go on to the next task.

I use this to hold the hose to water certain plants and shrubs that need extra water. I have not used it with a strong flow, only "mist". Too close to ground to use a stronger flow.
