I had been shopping for a spinner and was delighted when I saw this one on sale. Immediately upon receiving the box I put it together and put in the yard. A soft breeze was blowing and - nothing. I made sure that the spinner was in straight and that it spun freely when manually pushed. Everything was fine. The whole thing moves in the breeze but the spinner doesn't spin. My neighbor's flag is flying but my spinner is just sitting there. It looks nice, but I'm disappointed that it isn't spinning.

This is a nice looking item. I put it in the yard but it doesn't spin in the wind. I will move it when the weather is better to see if I can find a more "windy" spot. I have a feeling it's an area that is too sheltered.

I was excited to receive this item - had watched it for several months; but the excitment quickly turned to disappointment. This "spinner" just won't spin....no matter what we do with it or where we set it. It looks decorative, but if you have your heart set on a garden spinner, look for a different design.....

The design is beautiful, but it does not turn in the wind. I have the dalhia spinner and it turns all of the time. I think the construction is too heavy and the wind doesn't catch it properly to make it spin. It has not moved since I put it up and I have moved it all over the yard to try to get more wind flow. Nothing.
