Comments about Submersible Dispenser:
I had just cleaned my fountain and placed this in it, with its refill inserted, to prevent further algae. My fountain was as green as quickly as if I had not put anything in it. I have tried other natural algaecides, but they don't work well either.
Don't want to harm birds and insects, so not sure what else to use.

Comments about Submersible Dispenser:
Placed this in my 1100 gallon pond six weeks ago (with a replacement at 4 weeks) - there's been no change; possibly the algae is even worse now. Srange that it works so well for some and not at all for others - maybe it's the type of algae? Wish you allowed zero stars...

Comments about Submersible Dispenser:
I put this in our very small pond, about 10 gallons and it did not work. The dispenser was covered with algae as was the pond. Maybe our temperature changes in MT are too drastic.

Comments about Submersible Dispenser:
This is the first product out of many I have tried that actually keeps the water clear. The rocks in the pond still have some algae growth and I am starting to win the battle there as well. I have recommended this product to another pond owner and he is now trying it as well. The water has stayed clear now for 5 months.

Comments about Submersible Dispenser:
Our 10,000 gallon pond had major string algae issues last year and this summer. We tried a couple algaecides and a beneficial bacteria added to the surface of the water which didn't do much to help the problem, so we were physically removing the algae 2-3 times per week. We installed 4 of these dispensers in our pond, and after 4 weeks it seems to be making a difference in the areas right around the dispenser. We will probably buy more of these dispensers to install in other areas of the pond as well.

Comments about Submersible Dispenser:
We have a small pond that doesn't get a lot of attention-it had too much algae and sometimes it overwhelms the pump and waterfall-we put the submersible dispenser in and it cleared it up as promised....in one week - when we went back to the pond a week later, the algae was floating in some spots but we took it out. The little pond is clear and running very nicely.

Wow! After just one month we now can not only enjoy feeding our pond fish but we can see them as well. Prior to the use of the pond dispenser we had a "green view"...Now the ponds are clearing up and the fish seem to enjoy us as much as we do them.

I used this in my Koi Pond. It did not work at all. Algae continued to grow at a rapid rate. I am going back to my regular pond products.
