I put this product in the room actually my dining area, I enter my dining area from my attached garage sometime, I have mail, books or something in my hand - papers, I can put my jacket or purse on the bench and anything I need to store away in the storage basket. I usually just place things here until I get in the house, get relaxed and then go back and retrieve my things, it's great!

These are well-made baskets and a good size. I am using them in our utility room to store and organize the cleaning supplies and other items that accumulate. The baskets make the room much more attractive.

Although attractive enough in the catalog photo to warrant an order and very cheap, these are not well made. The materials are low quality and even right out of the box, the reeds were coming out of place. These could work for things like mittens and socks, but if kids are rough or careless, I doubt these baskets will hold up. I guess my standard for quality comes from Native American made baskets like the (genuine) Adirondack pack baskets. Caveat emptor: you get what you pay for.
