Comments about Steel Compost Sieve:
I purchased this product when the sifter my husband made 20+ years ago finally fell apart. It has held up well through 6 weeks of hard use. In addition to sifting finished compost I also used it to remove small rocks from my flower beds. The size is just right for me but could be considered too small for some. Perhaps in the future GS could offer a larger size.

Comments about Steel Compost Sieve:
We purchased this sieve to get small landscape rock out of flower beds placed by previous owners. I wasn't sure how well it would work or if, as a woman, I would be able to easily use it, but the size is perfect for me and it easily removed rock sand weed debris from my beds. It is well constructed and I would highly recommend!

Comments about Steel Compost Sieve:
I used to use bakery sieves but this product is great. It is strong, it is easy to use with the potting tray and it sieves out the chunks and sticks from bagged potting soil. I use it nearly every day in my greenhouse at this time of year, and so far I have zero complaints

- EASY to use
- Good size
- Well built quality
Cons
Best Uses
- Sifting compost
- Sifting Rocks Out Of Soil
Comments about Steel Compost Sieve:
I have a large hand made sifter that has become unwieldy. This sieve is much lighter and its size is easier to handle.
Pros

Cons

Comments about Steel Compost Sieve:
I normally purchase products from the Gardeners Supply catalog that are NOT available locally. (Environment is saved when stuff doesn't need to be sent thousands of miles to the West Coast). I've tried for a long time to find a similar sieve here with no results. Thank you.
