This spade is great for digging out plants that have multiplied from seeds blowing from spent flower heads. It was useful in digging chocolate mint and bellflower.

I Have many garden areas. This spade is designed for lifting small plants,small root systems. I even did some edging work with it. It is easy on my back too! It's well worth the price.
