I wear a 71/2 or 8 and the Medium fits fine.
I have toes that overlap slightly on 1 foot and this helps to position them correctly. Plan on getting a pair of sandals with this design as well.

The inserts between the toes are very uncomfortable. I am returning these.
Bummer! These would have been really terrific. Although the slippers are plush and well made, it is as if the thong and spacers are positioned in the center of the slipper. I had tons of space in front of my toes, yet my heel hung off the back. If anything, I would recommend ordering a larger size than you would ordinarily wear.

Very comfortable slipper --- can be worn inside or outside with the hard sole. Usually house shoes are so hot to my feet and these are great since they are soft, warm & open to the air.

I gave these to my daughter for Christmas. She has
really enjoyed them. She says they are wonderful to put on after a long day at work to work in the
kitchen making dinner and cleaning up afterwards.
She loves them!!!!!
My mother is having trouble with her toes rubbing against each other due to having to have bones removed (hammer toe). She had a little difficulty working her crooked toes between the separators but loved the feeling of no rubbing when she got them on!
These slippers are very comfortable and I love the fact that they can be machine washed. So far, they are well worth the price.
