Got this at the suggestion of my eye doctor to add moisture at night; it just arrived, I'm trying it out, it's working but it IS NOISY!! How can I sleep with that on? I'm going to try it one night, but if it proves to be too noisy I expect a refund for this product. At this point, I can't recommend it for nighttime use, but I might try it at work for daytime. I'm disappointed.

I have received (2) separate units from Gardener's Supply and neither unit worked properly. This is a waste of time and money.

I loved this product when I received it as a gift. Everyone I showed it to wanted to purchase this as well, however, after a month of using maybe 3 times, it started to shut off and on and finally just stopped working. I wish you could fix whatever electrical device inside it malfunctions because I would love to give this as gifts and purchase another one.

Bought this in December for a Christmas gift. It worked for maybe 30 days before getting loud. And it wasn't every day use. Then the fan stopped completely and was useless. Will never buy one again and don't recommend it to anybody.

We bought this for our daughters room to add moisture and use for essential oils. It works as expected. I read the other reviews before purchasing and do agree that it is on the noisy side and the red line does wear off. The noise is similar to a fan running and not horrible, more of a white noise to fall asleep to. I resolved the red line issue by measuring the amount of water before using, roughly 3/4 cup and marked a line with a sharpie on the outside for reference. I've used it with peppermint oil to help with colds and it really worked out great. Overall I'm not overwhelmed by the product but satisfied.

My mom got one last year for Christmas and it stopped working after a couple of months. She asked for a new one this year. It didn't work at all. Nothing more embarrassing than giving your mother a Christmas present that doesn't work.

I have been looking for one this size for quite awhile, it is so pleasant I'm going to order another and one for my sister. Its so nice to put frangance in the air without the over powering scents of candles and etc.

Holds only about 3 cups of water, which lasts about 4 hours (depending on your room humidity). Can be noisy (about as much as a cheap humidifier), but the major plus is that you can use it with essential oils, it doesn't take long for the oils to cycle through, so you can easily change scents upon a whim (unlike stick diffusers). Really does a good job of scenting a room quickly. Oh, and the oils quickly erase the fill line, so remember where it is!
