Now that we have all the parts undamaged, assembled and able to sit in, I love these chairs. . . but it was an ordeal to get undamaged parts to assemble 2 full chairs. Gardener's Supply was most helpful in dealing with the incidents, but it was a bit frustrating. If you order for shipping, ask them to ensure the packaging is bolstered, as the original container from [*] is woefully inadequate for the weight & heft of the chair, at least as handled through FedEx.

This is an attractive & comfortable rocker. Problem is with shipping - no packing materials so 1 of 2 arrived broken. Replacement rocker arrived also broken. Still awaiting either another replacement or credit. Disappointing they could not pack it better.

Nice enough to use indoors as well as out, but so big my feet almost dangle -- and I am not a small person. The rocker radius is also too large, so that it barely rocks, and is not smooth.

I was pleasantly surprised by the well made rocker with beautiful bright red cushions, which are included in the price. Most chairs require a seperate cushion purchase. I bought the red rockers to go against my dark brown rick home and they are a perfect contrast. Very comfortable chair! When arrived, I was missing the hardware to assemble, which is why I gave one star less. One call to the customer service number and I recieved hardware in 4 days, so it all worked out.
