Comments about Soapstone Cover with 2 Pantry Pest Traps:
I put the traps out until I had time to do a thorough cleaning of the pantry. The number of moths was reduced very quickly. I am now just doing maintenance and it's working very well.

Comments about Soapstone Cover with 2 Pantry Pest Traps:
I read comments from other users and decided to give it a try - those meal moths make me crazy! I just wish that they were a little less expensive - but it does beat having to throw away everything in your cupboards. I have had them for about a month and the traps are quite full with the little buggers - I still see a moth now and then, but nothing like before. I will order more when I need them...

Comments about Soapstone Cover with 2 Pantry Pest Traps:
My pantry was full of mealy moths and I had to throw away many dry ingredients.... flour, cereal, cake mixes, etc.
A friend told me about the moth traps and gave me one. It began working immediately. When I saw the soapstone cover, I knew it would hide the trap nicely. Hence my order. I am pleased with the appearance and the effectiveness of the trap.

I can set this product on a window ledge and it looks like a knic-knac to anyone who does not know what it is.

Comments about Soapstone Cover with 2 Pantry Pest Traps:
I like the fact that I don't have to see the bugs attached to the trap - it hides them from view. Of course removing the trap from inside the soapstone cover may not be pleasant.

Comments about Soapstone Cover with 2 Pantry Pest Traps:
The units have yet to be tested for effectiveness on bugs. However, the traps do not fit the soapstone cover and must be bent a lot to be put into it. This makes the unit look cheap and negates the purposes of paying extra for a decorative cover.

Comments about Soapstone Cover with 2 Pantry Pest Traps:
You do have to trim the trap to fit in the cover, but boy, does it work fast! The bugs were flying around trying to get into the trap while I was still trimming it. Went out to dinner, and by the time we came back, there were 40-50 critters trapped already.

Comments about Soapstone Cover with 2 Pantry Pest Traps:
I liked the idea of this holder but found that the insert didn't fit easily and seems to attract less pests than the version I used before.

Comments about Soapstone Cover with 2 Pantry Pest Traps:
The insert does need to be trimmed on the sides a bit to fit into the soapstone cover, which isn't mentioned in the product literature. Once that's done, this product is fantastic! I set out two moth traps, one with the cover, one without, and both started trapping moths immediately. Each trap has captured dozens of moths. I'll be purchasing refills soon. Great product!
