These are comfortable except they tend to get hot spots because the warmed filler is not evenly spaced when your feet are up.

These boots are good if you just want to warm up your feet. They do not fit tight enough to keep the heat on your feet, the weight of the rice/flax seed packets make the boots just kind of hang off your feet. To me it does not seem to releave the aches after a full day of being on my feet, but it does warm them up when they are freezing.

I was disappointed in that you cannot walk at all in these. The inserts come out to be heated. They work well to soothe and warm the feet, but they're inconvenient in that you have to remove them if you're going to get up at all.
