This makes a terrific, durable, attractive plant humidity tray. Just add an inch of gravel and it's far cheaper than buying one specifically for plants. I use two, lined up side by side, to cover the top of a pine wood table under a window in my dining room. Although it's a formal room and the table is light, the black plastic is solid, attractive, and does not look out of place.
