While I'm sure these are great for outdoor plants, I purchased them to use indoors for my potted bamboo. They work great, and my bamboo is now standing up straight (and looks better than it ever has).

I have many daylilies and I use these to stand the blossoms up straight. Also use them for my Agapanthus. They blend into the green foilage so you hardly see the supports.
