Comments about Silk Neck and Back Wrap:
It heats up nicely but there isn't much rice etc. in the product so it doesn't retain the heat for more than 15-20 minutes.

Comments about Silk Neck and Back Wrap:
I really like this product and use it daily, especially when I'm going to bed. I have back problems and this really seems to help. The only problem I had with it and I learned a little trick to handle it, was putting it back in the cover after heating. I hold the top open, kind of under my chin and make sure the shoulder parts are hanging down correctly and going into the proper place then it all slips in easy and I hold the top frimly while zipping it up.

Comments about Silk Neck and Back Wrap:
I love the size and the warmth and it stays even warmer the 2nd or 3rd time you warm it up. I dislike the clumsiness of removing the insert from the silk zippered cover. Make the cover in cotton (w/ velcro instead of a metal zipper) so the whole thing can be popped in the microwave and it would be perfect

Comments about Silk Neck and Back Wrap:
Doesn't get warm enough. It's a hassle to remove the silk wrap before heating, the silk is also bothered by the heat and puckers. I thought the drape of it over my shoulders would be delightful, but I'm disappointed. Haven't tried chilling it yet.

Comments about Silk Neck and Back Wrap:
Some minor stress. Very pretty, can warm up stressful part. Cannot put silk in microwave, awkward to use, impractical. Cools off by the time the silk cover is put back on.

Comments about Silk Neck and Back Wrap:
I am returning the wraps. The silk cover cannot be warmed in the microwave. And it is difficult to put the wrap into the cover. I guess I now know why they are on sale.

Comments about Silk Neck and Back Wrap:
Poor heat retention. Too much trouble slipping the cover on and off.
This is the only item I have ordered from your company that has not pleased me.

Comments about Silk Neck and Back Wrap:
bought it for my mother who was bedridden. It worked great as she could lay down with no problem & had no bulk to make her uncomfortable. It kept all the areas of pain heated & relieved some if it for her. It almost looked like a bedcoat rather than a heating pad. Loved the product & would recommend to anyone who is bedridden.
