I had something similar that my daughter gave me, but I like yours better. Her's, actually was too big and apt to slip off. yours stays in place nicely. and is a light enough weight that it's very comfortable.

Been doing some remodeling work at home. At the end of the day I'm exhausted and sore. Take a shower and sit in my recliner with this product on my eyes. Better than taking a fistful of pills! 10 minutes later I'm feeling refreshed and ready to go again -- at least to the kitchen to make dinner!!

If you suffer from headaches that are aggravated by light, this is great. The little bit of pressure created by the weight feels wonderful and it totally blocks out the light. I often fall alseep soon after applying it.

This is just the right weight - not too light, but enough weight to add soothing pressure and block out light. If my husband wants to read when we go to bed, the light will not keep me awake. If I have a headache, it is not TOO fragrant, and has just the right amount of cool, soft pressure to be soothing (I have not put it in the fridge to cool). The only suggestion might be an attached band to hold it in place if you are a side sleeper, though even this has not been a problem for me. I love this product!

The silk eye mask is difficult to keep on my eyes/face as there is no means to keep it in place--such as a tie, elastic, etc. I considered sending it back, but put my own ribbons to hold it successfully on my eyes with no slipping

I love the silky cover of this eyepillow and use it when I do self-hypnosis or meditation. It's not too heavy on my face, like other pillows I've tried.
I'm a certified hypnotherapist and my clients also love to use it to block out light coming through my office window during daytime hypnosis sessions. It's compact enough to carry from home to office in my purse so I can have it handy as needed.
The price is also reasonable compared to eye pillows sold at health food stores and new age bookstores. Many thanks!
