Comments about Self-Watering Tray:
I already own several of these but wanted to add one more for increasing the number of annuals I produce in the spring. Bottom watering definitely produces the healthiest seedlings, in my experience; they do far better when they're not sitting with wet feet all the time. When I'm done with the seedlings, I grow herbs with the same trays, then they keep houseplants going indoors in the bitterest parts of winter before I can put them out in our (unheated) greenhouse and take the tray back for the next season's seedlings. High-use, low-cost.

Comments about Self-Watering Tray:
I bought six of these self watering trays to use for my houseplants while they're in for the winter. I like the fact that I don't have to fuss with my plants as often as I used to. I've been using them for a few weeks and can't find anything negative about them.

Comments about Self-Watering Tray:
I love this self watering tray, starting seeds can be tricky if you even need to leave for a weekend without a friend to water them, this works perfectly! I even left them on way too long, the roots grew into the fabric :) they were still happy and transplanted well! I love it.

Comments about Self-Watering Tray:
I am always looking for products that will save my watering time plus save water. Over watering plants can cause problems. The self-watering tray allows the plants to take in water only when needed. Before I checked plants and sprouts daily, now it is only weekly or every week and half. The success rate for my plants has increased.

Comments about Self-Watering Tray:
Having the tray made it clean and easy to have the salad grow bag on our deck, it keeps the plants moist and prevents staining on the deck flooring. I am very happy I purchased it.

Comments about Self-Watering Tray:
I am using this with the potato grow bag, and it works really well. The only problem is that is has sprouted some mildew. I have started spraying some of the Serenade on it, and it seems to be helping. It would probably work better in a less moist environment (I have it in my greenhouse).

Comments about Self-Watering Tray:
...the tray is full of water. We've had so much rain this spring that it is hard to tell how well this will keep the plants moist in the harsh summer heat. I will add more at the end of the summer when I'll know more. For now, I like it.

Just started using these trays. So far a very wet and cool spring - we'll see how they work once it gets sunny and drier. Like the design and concept.
